Every Noxmow robotic lawn mower is a high-value commercial-grade investment. To guarantee your unit arrives in pristine condition, all mower units and bundles are shipped via Complimentary Heavy Freight with Curbside Liftgate Delivery across the 48 contiguous United States and United Kingdom.
Processing & Handling
- Order Processing Time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday – Friday).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin fulfillment the same business day.
- All orders are dispatched from our climate-controlled fulfillment hub in Louisville, KY.
Transit Timelines
- Standard Transit Time: 1 to 2 business days (United States & United Kingdom).
- Total Delivery Window: 1 to 3 business days from order placement.
- Direct tracking numbers and carrier dispatch links are emailed the moment your shipment leaves our dock.
Delivery Appointment & Arrival Protocol
For freight deliveries, the carrier dispatch team will call you 24 hours prior to schedule a convenient 4-hour delivery window. The freight driver will unload the protective crate directly onto your driveway or curbside using a hydraulic liftgate.
Inspection on Arrival: Please examine the external pallet crate before signing the delivery receipt. In the improbable event of noticeable transit trauma, note "Damaged upon delivery" on the bill of lading and contact our team immediately at support@noxmow.shop.
