Our 30-Day Risk-Free Lawn Trial
We stand behind the engineering of every Noxmow system. If your mower does not meet your performance expectations on your lawn, you are entitled to return it within 30 calendar days of the verified delivery date.
Return Eligibility Requirements
- The unit must be clean and free of severe accidental impact damage or unauthorized physical modifications.
- All original accessories (RTK station, power supplies, mounting hardware, charging base, manuals) must be included.
- Products must be securely packed in original manufacturer packaging to prevent freight transit damage.
Refund Processing & Timelines
- Restocking Fee: $0 restocking fee for verified defective or damaged units. A modest standard freight inspection fee may apply for discretionary returns.
- Inspection Duration: 2 business days upon warehouse arrival.
- Funds Disbursement: Credited back to your original payment method (Credit card, PayPal, Affirm) within 3 to 5 business days.
Step-by-Step Return Authorization (RMA)
- Email our support team at support@noxmow.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with prepaid bill-of-lading freight documents.
- Pack the mower securely and schedule a pickup with the carrier.
